Personal information:

Many people know the author by different names. Some known him as Jeffrey, some known him as his dialect name, some by his Chinese name and some by his buddhist name, Kusalo (It is in Pali language and means clever or skillful).

Education:

Master of Business Administration, 2003 – 2006 (University of Newcastle, Australia).

Degree of Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Engineering) with Merit, 1994 – 1997 (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore).

Photography:

Jeffrey started photography when he was in Secondary School (1986) under the Wood work technical teacher Mr Chan. It has became his longest lasting hobby.

3rd DSLR: Canon 10D

4th DSLR: Canon Kiss X2

Jeffrey does not specialise in any area but enjoy shooting mostly flora and nature. Jeffrey started to travel more frequently after the completion of his MBA (in 2006). He began exploring a new field called Lifestyle Photography. A journey documented in photographs. Traveling is one of the main theme for this blog.

Jeffrey also run his photography club. The club is called Aperture MOG under the SDU-SDS social development groups. He has also setup the Aperture MOG under a Facebook account.

Buddhism:

The Buddha renounced the world at the age of 29 and became enlightened at the age of 35. Jeffrey started his journey at the age of 35 through attending meditation classes under the instructor, Mr Richard (Vajiro) Chia. He also has taken the Basic Buddhism class under the same instructor. He enjoyed traveling the world taking photographys with the various Buddha statues. Buddhism is the other main theme for this blog.
