Another person fainted in the MRT

This is not new, i think almost every morning, someone may be fainting in the trains. I have came across, close to the person, at least 3 times now. Ever since the increase in influx of foreigners in the country, the trains have been packed worst than sardines. The trains were not designed to cope with this amount of passengers.

I really wonder, is there a world class public transportation that allows everyone to have a seat?
